FACQ seriyali ultra yupqa silindr
O'rnatish va foydalanish (Umumiy maqsad)
· Ish paytida yuk o'zgarganda, yetarli chiqish kuchiga ega silindr tanlanishi kerak.
· Yuqori harorat yoki korroziya sharoitida mos keladigan yuqori haroratga chidamli yoki korroziyaga chidamli silindr tanlanishi kerak.
· Namligi yuqori, chang ko'p yoki suv tomchilari, moy changi va payvandlash shlaklari bo'lgan muhitda silindr uchun tegishli himoya choralari ko'rilishi kerak.
Past haroratli muhitda tizimdagi suvning muzlashiga yo'l qo'ymaslik uchun muzlashga qarshi choralar ko'rish kerak.
· Silindrning old qopqog'i va pistoni nisbatan qisqa bo'lgani uchun, odatda yurish masofasi juda katta bo'lmasligi kerak.
·Agar silindr qismlarga ajratilsa va uzoq vaqt ishlatilmasa, sirt zanglashining oldini olishga e'tibor qaratish kerak, kirish va chiqarish teshiklariga chang o'tkazmaydigan qopqoqlar qo'shilishi kerak va alohida e'tibor qaratish kerak: old va orqa qopqoqlarni foydalanuvchi mustaqil ravishda qismlarga ajrata olmaydi.
·Silindr quvur liniyasiga ulanishdan oldin, begona jismlarning silindrga kirishiga yo'l qo'ymaslik uchun quvur liniyasi ichidagi axloqsizlikni tozalash kerak.
· Silindrda ishlatiladigan muhit ishlatishdan oldin 40 mikrondan kichikroq teshik o'lchamiga ega filtr elementi orqali filtrlanishi kerak.
·Silindrning ishlashi paytida, silindrning normal ishlash muddatini saqlab turish uchun lateral yuklar ruxsat etilgan qiymatdan oshmasligi kerak.
·C shaklidagi ushlab turuvchi halqani o'rnatish va olib tashlash: 1. Demontaj qilish va yig'ishda, C shaklidagi ushlab turuvchi halqaning uchib ketishiga va inson tanasiga yoki atrofdagi mashinalarga zarar yetkazilishiga yo'l qo'ymaslik uchun bir tomon ochiq ekanligiga ishonch hosil qilish uchun tegishli penselerdan (C shaklidagi ushlab turuvchi halqani o'rnatish vositasi) foydalaning.
·C shaklidagi ushlab turuvchi halqani shamollatishdan oldin korpus halqasi yiviga o'rnatilganligiga ishonch hosil qiling.
