Type-Two-In-One Unit FGFC

Precise filtration: It adopts a 40μm glass fiber filter element to efficiently remove impurities from compressed air. A 5μm high-precision model is also available.

Stable pressure regulation: The diaphragm-type pressure regulating structure allows for a pressure regulation range of 0.05MPa~1.0MPa, with minimal output pressure fluctuations.

Easy installation: Modular design supports plate/pipe installation, with interface specifications covering 1/8”~1”, adaptable to different pipelines.

Easy maintenance: The transparent cup body makes it easy to observe the accumulation of impurities, and it is equipped with a manual/automatic drain valve, allowing for quick filter replacement.

High durability: The shell is made of die-cast aluminum alloy with anodized surface treatment, which is corrosion-resistant, impact-resistant, and adaptable to harsh industrial environments.

    Detailed description

    The Type-Two-In-One Unit FGFC is designed as a compact and efficient solution for compressed air treatment, combining precision filtration with stable pressure regulation in a single unit.  

    For precise filtration, the unit utilizes a 40μm glass fiber filter element that effectively captures impurities commonly found in compressed air systems. This helps maintain downstream equipment reliability by reducing contamination. For applications requiring higher filtration accuracy, a 5μm version is also offered to accommodate stricter quality demands.  

    Pressure regulation is handled through a diaphragm-type mechanism, which ensures stable output across a wide adjustment range of 0.05MPa to 1.0MPa. This design minimizes output pressure fluctuations, contributing to consistent system performance even under varying inlet conditions.  

    Installation flexibility is supported by a modular construction that allows for both plate and pipe mounting options. With interface sizes ranging from 1/8” to 1”, the unit can be seamlessly integrated into different pipeline configurations, simplifying setup across various industrial setups.  

    Maintenance has been simplified through thoughtful design features. The transparent bowl allows for quick visual inspection of accumulated impurities, enabling timely service without disassembly. A manual or automatic drain valve facilitates easy removal of collected contaminants, while the filter element can be replaced quickly to reduce downtime.  

    Durability is ensured by the use of die-cast aluminum alloy for the housing, combined with an anodized surface treatment. This provides strong resistance to corrosion and impact, making the unit well-suited for demanding industrial environments where long-term reliability is essential.  

    Overall, the FGFC unit delivers a balanced combination of filtration precision, stable pressure control, installation adaptability, and ease of maintenance, all within a durable construction intended for continuous operation.
