Type-Atomized Lubricator FGL
Detailed description
The Type-Atomized Lubricator FGL is designed to deliver controlled, reliable lubrication for pneumatic systems, with adjustments that allow operators to tailor performance to specific equipment needs. A dedicated oil droplet adjustment knob enables precise regulation of the oil supply rate, ranging from zero up to a continuous feed measured in droplets per minute. This level of control supports consistent atomization and uniform droplet size, ensuring that downstream pneumatic components receive appropriate lubrication without over- or under-oiling.
To accommodate different operating environments, the lubricator is available with two cup body options. The transparent polycarbonate version provides clear visibility of the oil level, simplifying routine monitoring. For applications where impact resistance or higher temperature exposure is a concern, a metal cup version is offered, providing added durability under more demanding conditions. Both options are built to support reliable performance across a variety of industrial settings.
Construction focuses on long-term durability and ease of integration. The housing is made from die-cast aluminum alloy with an anodized finish, offering resistance to corrosion and wear. Port sizes range from 1/8 inch to 1 inch, allowing the unit to be installed across different pipeline configurations. The lubricator is also designed for modular assembly, enabling straightforward combination with filters and pressure regulators to form a complete air preparation unit as needed.
Maintenance has been simplified through features aimed at reducing downtime. The quick-release cup design allows for refilling or servicing without disconnecting adjacent piping, helping to streamline routine lubrication tasks. Additionally, the internal filter element can be replaced separately, eliminating the need to replace the entire unit and contributing to lower long-term maintenance costs.
Safety is addressed through the inclusion of an explosion-proof shield on the polycarbonate cup model, which helps contain fragments in the event of breakage. This feature aligns with typical safety standards for industrial pneumatic systems, supporting safer operation in routine use. Overall, the FGL atomized lubricator combines adjustable lubrication control, flexible cup options, modular adaptability, and practical maintenance features to support consistent pneumatic component performance across a range of applications.
