FTCL, FTCM Series Tri-Rod Cylinder

·Implementing JIS standards.
·Two dedicated bearing steel guide rods, guided by linear bearings or brass bearings, have high anti-torsion and anti-side load capacity.Note: Steel column linear bearing: suitable for cylinders to perform push and pull actions, or situations requiring high precision and high load capacity especially suitable for situations requiring low friction movement.Brass sliding bearing: suitable for cylinders to perform braking and other radial load-resistant actions, compared with general braking steel. it can with stand more than 2 times the lateral impact force, and has greater torsional stiffness.
·The drive unit and the guide unit are designed in the same body, no additional
accessories are needed, the minimum space requirement, and the air inlet interface can be selected, making installation more convenient.
·There are two precision positioning holes on the bottom, back end face on the body and the fixing plate (see φPA hole and XX hole in the shape circle)For situations requiring higher precision, provide high-precision positioning installation; there are four sensor grooves on the body, providing multiple sensor installation methods.
·The special design of the body provides multi-directional installation and fixing methods.

    Installation and Use (General Purpose)

    ·When the load changes during operation, a cylinder with ample output force should be selected.
    ·Under high temperature or corrosive conditions, a corresponding high-temperature resistant or corrosion-resistant cylinder should be selected.In environments with high humidity, lots of dust, or presence of water droplets oil dust, and welding slag, appropriate protective measures should be taken for the cylinder.
    ·Before the cylinder is connected to the pipeline, the dirt inside the pipeline must be cleared to prevent foreign objects from entering the cylinder.The medium used in the cylinder should be filtered through a filter element with a pore size smaller than 40um before use
    ·During the operation of the cylinder, lateral loads should not exceed the allowable value to maintain the normal working life of the cylinder.
    ·In ow-temperature environments, anti-freezing measures should be taken to prevent the water in the system from freezing.
    ·If the cylinder is disassembled and not used for a long time, attention should be paid to surface rust prevention, dust-proof caps should be added to the intake and exhaust ports. Due to the high production and guidance accuracy of the product, the user should not disassemble the cylinder block or cylinder cover independently.
