Usakinishaji na Matumizi (Madhumuni ya Jumla)
•Mzigo unapobadilika wakati wa operesheni, silinda yenye nguvu ya kutosha ya kutoa inapaswa kuchaguliwa.
• Chini ya hali ya joto kali au babuzi, sugu kwa joto kali au
Silinda inayostahimili kutu inapaswa kuchaguliwa.
•Katika mazingira yenye unyevunyevu mwingi, vumbi nyingi, au uwepo wa matone ya maji, vumbi la mafuta, na slag ya kulehemu, hatua zinazofaa za kinga zinapaswa kuchukuliwa kwa silinda.
•Kabla silinda haijaunganishwa na bomba, uchafu ndani ya bomba lazima uondolewe ili kuzuia vitu vya kigeni kuingia kwenye silinda.
•Kifaa kinachotumika kwenye silinda kinapaswa kuchujwa kupitia kipengele cha kichujio chenye ukubwa wa vinyweleo vidogo kuliko 40µm kabla ya matumizi.
•Katika mazingira yenye halijoto ya chini, hatua za kuzuia kuganda zinapaswa kuchukuliwa ili kuzuia maji kwenye mfumo kuganda.
•Kabla ya kutumia silinda, inapaswa kuendeshwa bila mzigo wowote. Kabla ya kuendesha, bafa inapaswa kupunguzwa na kulegezwa polepole ili kuepuka kuharibu silinda kutokana na mgongano mwingi.
•Wakati wa uendeshaji wa silinda, epuka mizigo ya pembeni iwezekanavyo ili kudumisha uendeshaji wa kawaida wa silinda na kuongeza muda wake wa huduma.
•Ikiwa silinda itavunjwa na kutotumika kwa muda mrefu, tahadhari inapaswa kulipwa kwa kuzuia kutu ya uso, vifuniko visivyoweza kuhimili vumbi vinapaswa kuongezwa kwenye milango ya kuingiza na kutolea moshi, na tahadhari maalum: vifuniko vya mbele na nyuma haviwezi kuvunjwa na mtumiaji peke yake.

•Vifuniko vya mbele na nyuma vimeunganishwa kwa rivets na kuviringishwa kwa kutumia mwili wa silinda ya chuma cha pua, muunganisho unaaminika
•Fimbo ya pistoni ya chuma cha pua na mwili wa silinda hufanya silinda iendane na mazingira ya jumla ya kazi yenye babuzi.
• Aina mbalimbali za vipimo vya silinda na vifaa vya usakinishaji wa silinda vinapatikana kwa wateja kuchagua.
