FSC Series Standard Cylinder - Rod Type

·The piston seal adopts an asymmetric compact bidirectional sealing structure.
·with oil storage function.
For the tie rod type cylinder, the front and rear covers are connected to the aluminum tube cylinder body with pillars, which is reliable.
·Compared with the lS015552 standard cylinder, the FSC series cylinder of the same diameter is shorter.
·The cylinder buffer adjustment is stable.
·A variety of cylinder specifications and cylinder installation accessories are available for customers to choose.
·Selection of high-temperature resistant sealing materials ensures the cylinder operating normally even at 150°C.

    Installation and Use (General Purpose)

·When the load changes during operation, a cylinder with ample output force should be selected.
·Under high temperature or corrosive conditions, a corresponding high-temperature resistant or corrosion-resistant cylinder should be selected.
·In environments with high humidity, lots of dust, or presence of water droplet soil dust, and welding slag, appropriate protective measures should be taken for the cylinder.
·Before the cylinder is connected to the pipeline, the dirt inside the pipeline must be cleared to prevent foreign objects from entering the cylinder.
·The medium used in the cylinder should be filtered through a filter element with a pore size smaller than 40μm before use.
·In low-temperature environments, anti-freezing measures should be taken to prevent the water in the system from freezing.
·Before using the cylinder, it should be run under no load. Before running the buffer should be minimized and gradually relaxed to avoid damaging the cylinder due to excessive impact.
·During the operation of the cylinder, avoid lateral loads as much as possible to maintain the normal operation of the cylinder and extend its service life.
·If the cylinder is disassembled and not used for a long time, attention should be paid to surface rust prevention, dust-proof caps should be added to the intake and exhaust ports.
