[Note 1] The maximum allowable thrust of the buffer determines the highest operating pressure of the actuator.
[Note 2] When setting the swing angle of the internal buffer, if it is less than the value in the table below, the effective stroke of the buffer and the effective stroke of the piston will be reduced,and the kinetic energy absorption capacity will decrease;please note.

[Note 1] In the case of kinetic energy action exceeding the allowable value, the product interior may be damaged and cannot be used, so special attention should be paid not to exceed the allowable value of kinetic energy during design and operation.
[Note 2] In the case where the swing time setting of the internal buffer is longer than the value in the table;the kinetic energy absorption ability of the hydraulic buffer is significantly reduced; please note.
Swing Direction and Swing Angle
When pressurized from port A, the swing table rotates clockwise, and when pressurized from port B, the swing table rotates counterclockwise.
By adjusting the adjustment screw, the rotation end can be set within the range shown in the figure below to obtain any swing angle.
In the case of an internal hydraulic buffer, the swing angle can also be set.

[Note]•This figure shows the swing range of the positioning pin hole.
•The position of the pin hole in this figure represents the counterclockwise rotation end when the adjustment screws A and B are equally rotated to adjust the swing angle to 180°.
Example of Swing Angle Range Setting
By adjusting the adjustment screws A and B, different swing ranges can be set as shown in the figure below.

In the case of an internal hydraulic buffer, the swing angle can also be set.
