FMl Series Stainless Steel Mini Cylinder

Designed to meet the diverse needs of modern industrial applications, the FMI series of stainless steel mini cylinders combine precision engineering with superior performance to ensure reliability and efficiency in every operation.

FMI series stainless steel mini cylinders are available in a variety of specifications to meet various operating needs. The inner diameters are 8 mm, 10 mm, 12 mm, 16 mm, 20 mm, 25 mm, 32 mm and 40 mm, and the appropriate size can be selected according to the application. The cylinders are available in double-acting and single-acting configurations, including thrust and pulling types, which can be flexibly applied to different mechanical configurations.

With an operating pressure range of 0.15 to 1.0 MPa (22 to 145 psi) (1.5 to 10.0 bar) for double-acting cylinders and 0.2 to 1.0 MPa (28 to 145 psi) (2.0 to 10.0 bar) for single-acting cylinders, they can easily handle demanding tasks. Pressure resistance up to 1.5 MPa (215 psi) ensures that they can withstand the most severe working conditions without compromising performance.

High temperature resistance is another key feature of the FMI Series Stainless Steel Mini Cylinders. With an operating temperature range of -20°C to 70°C, the FMI Series Stainless Steel Mini Cylinders are suitable for a wide range of environments. The operating speed range is 30 to 800 mm/s for double-acting cylinders and 50 to 800 mm/s for single-acting cylinders, allowing for precise motion control.

FMI series stainless steel mini cylinders include adjustable buffers for MIC series and anti-collision pads for other series, which can improve safety and reduce wear during operation. The pipe diameters are M5x0.8, PT1/8 and PT1/4, which are easy to install and compatible with existing systems.

The FMI Series stainless steel mini cylinders combine durability and performance to enhance automated processes and keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.

    Installation and Use (General Purpose)

    •When the load changes during operation, a cylinder with ample output force should be selected.
    •Under high temperature or corrosive conditions,a corresponding high-temperature resistant or
    corrosion-resistant cylinder should be selected.
    •In environments with high humidity, lots of dust,or presence of water droplets, oil dust, and welding slag,appropriate protective measures should be taken for the cylinder.
    •Before the cylinder is connected to the pipeline, the dirt inside the pipeline must be cleared to prevent foreign objects from entering the cylinder.
    •The medium used in the cylinder should be filtered through a filter element with a pore size smaller than 40µm before use.
    •In low-temperature environments, anti-freezing measures should be taken to prevent the water in the system from freezing.
    •Before using the cylinder, it should be run under no load. Before running, the buffer should be minimized and gradually relaxed to avoid damaging the cylinder due to excessive impact.
    •During the operation of the cylinder, avoid lateral loads as much as possible to maintain the normal operation of the cylinder and extend its service life.
    •lf the cylinder is disassembled and not used for a long time,attention should be paid to surface rust prevention,dust-proof caps should be added to the intake and exhaust ports, and special attention: the front and rear covers cannot be disassembled by the user independently.

    Product Features

    •Complies with lS06432 standard (Ф8 ~ Ф25).
    •The front and rear covers have a fixed anti-collision pad to reduce the switching impact of the cylinder;
    •Multiple rear cover forms make the cylinder installation more convenient;
    •The front and rear covers are riveted and rolled with the stainless steel cylinder body, the connection is reliable
    •Stainless steel piston rod and cylinder body make the cylinder adapt to the general corrosive working environment.
    •A variety of cylinder specifications and cylinder installation accessories are available for customers to choose.
