FHLQ, FHLQL Series Double-Rod Precision Slide Cylinder (Recirculating Ball)

Before using the cylinder, the cleanliness of the pipeline system must be ensured. All connecting pipes must be thoroughly cleaned to prevent impurities from entering the cylinder. The working medium must be filtered through a filter with a precision of 40 microns or more. When used in a low-temperature environment, antifreeze measures should be taken to prevent the system from freezing. When stored for a long time, the outer surface of the cylinder needs to be rust-proofed, all interfaces need to be equipped with protective plugs, and anti-rust oil should be applied to the piston rod and other moving parts for protection.

    2. Jig Fixation
    2.1 The jig can be installed on the front panel or top panel, which is convenient and flexible.

    2.2 Please refer to the table below to select the appropriate length of jig fixing screws and fix the jig according to the tightening torque specified in the table.Generally, the length of the jig fixing screw should be shorter than the maximum tightening depth by more than 0.5mm to avoid hitting the guide rail and causing poor action.

    2.3 When using linear guide rails as the support platform to fix the jig, please be careful not to apply strong impact force and excessive torque.
    2.4 When locking the jig to the slide table with bolts and others, please hold the slide table. Holding the body and locking it will apply excessive torque to the guide rail, causing a decrease in accuracy.

    3. Hydraulic Shock Absorber Buffer
    3.1 The hydraulic shock absorber is a consumable item. When the energy absorption capacity decreases, it should be replaced in time. The table below is a comparison table of the hydraulic shock absorber models equipped with cylinders of various diameters.
    3.2 The screw hole at the end of the hydraulic shock absorber is not for adjustment.and random adjustment will cause oil leakage.
    Please use the tightening torque specified in the table below to tighten the hydraulic shock absorber lock nut.

    4. Sensor Installation
    4.1 All HLQ series are magnetic, and the sensors are CMSH and DMSH series.For specific ordering methods and detailed parameters, please refer to the corresponding content.
    4.2 When installing the slide cylinder with the sensor, the minimum interval be tween the two adjacent cylinders must meet the requirements shown in the right figure.otherwise the sensor may sense poorly and produce misoperation.

    5. Be sure to use the speed control valve and reduce the speed to below 500mm/s.
    6. The actual load and torque received by the cylinder must be within the check requirement range. Different types of torque acting on the cylinder will produce different degrees of displacement, and the specific displacement range refers to the table below.
    6.1 Pitch torque changes the displacement of the slide table.
    Within the full stroke range of the cylinder,the load acting on the arrow part will change the displacement of the side table (arrow part).
