    2.2 Selection Examples 
    Example 1: installation Method -Vertical installation
    Maximum Speed: 500mm/s
    Cantilever Length: 40mm
    Load Weight: 0.1kg
    Based on vertical installation and maximum speed of 500mm/s, it can be determined that the "Selection Curve (3)" should be referred to select the cylinder.In the "Selection Curve (3)", based on the intersection point of the cantilever length of 40mm and the load weight of 0.1kg, it can be determined that the cylinder with a diameter of 20 is suitable.

    Example 2: Installation Method-Horizontal Installation 
    Maximum Speed: 500mm/s
    Load Eccentricity: 50mm
    Cantilever Length: 30mm
    Load Weight: 0.1kg
    Based on horizontal installation, maximum speed of 500mm/s, and load eccentricity of 50mm, the “Selection Curve (10)" should be referred to select the cylinder. In the “Selection Curve (10)", based on the intersection point of the cantilever length of 30mm and the load weight of 0.1kg, it can be determined that the cylinder with a diameter of 1ó is suitable.

    1.2 Different types of torques acting on the cylinder will produce different degrees of displacement, refer to the table below for details
    ·Pitch Torque Changes Slide Table Displacement Within the full stroke range of the cylinder, the load acting on the arrow part will change the displacement of the slide table (arrow part).
    ·Yaw Torque Changes Slide Table Displacement Within the full stroke range of the cylinder, the load acting on the arrow part will change the displacement of the slide table (arrow part).
    ·The load acting on part F will change the displacement of the slide table (part A).

    2.The cylinder can be piped from 3 directions. By default the factory is in and ou of the rear end, and the two set of intake and exhaust ports on the side have been sealed with plugs. You can also reopen the other two sets of intake and exhaust ports on the side according to actual needs.
    3.When installing the side cylinder with the sensor,if the internal between the two adjacent cylinders does not reach the value specified in the table below the sensor may misoperate, so an interval larger than the size in the table must be used.

    4.When the output force is output to the slide table, the output force must be output to the axis of the piston rod, and it cannot be eccentric (as shown in the figure below).

    7.Workpiece Installation Method:
    7.1 The workpiece can be fixed on the slide table of the cylinder from the following two sides, When fixing the locking bolts, please use the appropriate torque to lock within the range of torque values, When fixing the workpiece on the top of the slide table, the bolt length (L value in the circle) should not exceed the depth of the internal thread otherwise the front end of the bolt will contact the linear guide and damage the linear guide rail.

    7.2 When using a linear guide as a support platform to fix the workpiece, please be careful not to apply strong impact force and excessive torque.
    7.3 When locking the workpiece to the side table with bots or others, please hold the side table. Holding the body and locking it will apply excessive torque to the guide rail, causing a decrease in accuracy.
