FZH Series Direct Piping Type-Quick-Change Joint Connection
Detailed description
The FZH Series direct piping type is designed with a straight-pipe, one-piece structure that establishes a direct connection between a quick-change connector on one end and an external thread on the opposite end. This unified construction eliminates the need for additional adapters or intermediate components, contributing to a streamlined assembly that supports efficient airflow through the joint.
The straight-pipe configuration maintains a continuous, unobstructed path for air to travel from one end to the other. By avoiding bends, internal restrictions, or unnecessary transitions, the design helps minimize pressure loss across the connection. This characteristic is particularly relevant in pneumatic circuits where maintaining consistent pressure and flow rates is important for reliable operation of downstream components such as cylinders or valves.
The quick-change connector on one end allows for rapid tube insertion and removal without the use of tools. The locking mechanism engages automatically when the tube is inserted, creating a secure interface that remains stable during normal operation. When disconnection is required, the mechanism releases easily, supporting efficient maintenance or reconfiguration of the system.
The opposite end features an external thread suitable for mounting into standard pneumatic ports. This threaded interface provides a stable attachment point for connecting the joint to components such as manifolds, valves, or other equipment with compatible port configurations.
The main body is constructed from brass with a nickel-plated finish. This material selection offers a combination of corrosion resistance, mechanical strength, and a compact form factor. The nickel plating helps protect the underlying brass from environmental exposure, contributing to long-term durability in industrial or automated settings. The compact shape of the body allows the joint to be installed in spaces where larger fittings may not fit, making it suitable for densely packed equipment layouts.
