Simplified Installation with Integrated Interfaces
The FSY9000 valve body incorporates a complete set of standard pneumatic ports: P for inlet, R for exhaust, and A/B for operating port connections. This integrated interface design requires no additional mounting base or sub-plate for operation. The valve can be installed independently using direct air hose connections or standard threaded connectors. For applications requiring multiple control points, the FSY9000 supports parallel installation of several valves side by side, as well as integration with 3-way valve configurations. This flexibility significantly reduces assembly time and minimizes space requirements within control cabinets or machine enclosures.
Core Technical Parameters
The FSY9000 series delivers consistent performance across a range of operating conditions, as defined by the following specifications:
1.Operating Pressure Range: For internal pilot operation, the range is 0.1 to 0.7 MPa. For external pilot configurations, the range extends from -100 kPa to 0.7 MPa, accommodating vacuum or low-pressure applications.
2.Response Time: Under standard 0.5 MPa operating conditions, response time measures between 19 and 30 milliseconds, enabling precise timing in automated sequences.
3.Maximum Operating Frequency: The valve supports cycling up to 5 Hz, suitable for moderate-speed automation tasks.
4.Power Consumption: Two model options are available. The standard model consumes 0.4 W, while an energy-saving model operates at just 0.1 W, reducing electrical load in systems with multiple valves.
5.Temperature Range: The valve is rated for ambient and fluid temperatures from -10 to 50 degrees Celsius.
6.Protection Rating: An IP65 rating provides dustproof and waterproof protection, allowing installation in environments where moisture or airborne particulates are present.
