FKFKQ2H Series Straight-Connection Joint

Quick insertion and removal: One-button insertion and removal, smooth insertion and removal with minimal force, without damaging the trachea; release sleeve is available in round/oval shapes.

Differential straight connector: Specifically designed for connecting air tubes of different outer diameters, compatible with various metric/imperial tube diameters.

Reliable sealing: Special sealing structure, suitable for pressure resistance from -100kPa to 1.0MPa (vacuum to 10bar).

Compact and lightweight: PBT body + brass threads, small size and light weight, suitable for installation in confined spaces.

Material compatibility: Compatible with nylon and PU tubing; sealed with NBR; operating temperature: -5℃ to 60℃ (0 to 40℃ for water media).

Full range of specifications: threads include Rc/G/NPT/UNF, etc., with optional sealant, installation without Teflon tape.

    Detailed description

    The FKQ2H Series straight-connection joint is designed for efficient and reliable pneumatic connections, combining ease of use with robust performance. It supports quick insertion and removal through a one-button mechanism, allowing for smooth operation with minimal force and no risk of damaging the tubing. The release sleeve is available in both round and oval shapes to suit different application preferences.

    As a differential straight connector, this series is specifically engineered to connect air tubes with varying outer diameters. It offers broad compatibility across metric and imperial tube sizes, making it suitable for diverse installation requirements. The sealing structure ensures dependable performance across a wide pressure range, from -100kPa vacuum up to 1.0MPa (10 bar), accommodating both vacuum and pressure applications.

    The joint features a compact and lightweight construction, with a PBT body and brass threads.
    Its small size and low weight make it well suited for installation in confined or space-limited environments. Material compatibility includes nylon and PU tubing, with NBR seals providing stable performance within an operating temperature range of -5°C to 60°C. When used with water media, the recommended temperature range is 0°C to 40°C.

    A full range of thread options is available, including Rc, G, NPT, and UNF types. Sealant can be applied as an option, allowing for installation without the need for Teflon tape.
