Detailed description
The FASV310F, FASV410F, and FASV510F series utilize a T-shaped three-way valve configuration that facilitates rapid exhaust from pneumatic cylinders. This structural design allows air to be vented quickly during operation, helping to improve cycle times and overall system responsiveness in applications where efficient cylinder actuation is required.
For connection convenience, one end is equipped with a quick-connect pneumatic coupling. Inserting the hose creates a secure locked connection, enabling straightforward assembly and disassembly without the need for tools. This feature simplifies both initial installation and ongoing maintenance, allowing for faster component replacement or reconfiguration when necessary.
The opposite end features an external threaded interface that can be configured with either a gasket or a pre-applied sealant, depending on the application requirements. This approach provides reliable sealing at the threaded connection while eliminating the need for additional sealing materials such as Teflon tape during installation. The flexibility in sealing options allows users to select the method best suited to their specific port conditions and assembly preferences.
A built-in muffler is integrated into the valve design to reduce exhaust noise levels during operation. This eliminates the need for a separate external muffler, reducing the number of components required in the pneumatic circuit and helping to conserve space in compact installations.
Throttling adjustment is accomplished through a needle valve, which allows for precise control of exhaust speed. This fine-tuning capability enables operators to set the desired cylinder actuation rate with accuracy, supporting consistent performance across repeated cycles. The needle valve is further enhanced with an anti-dislodgement structure, which helps prevent the adjustment mechanism from becoming detached even when turned beyond typical ranges during setup or maintenance.
The valve body is designed to rotate 360 degrees, offering flexibility in pipe routing and orientation during installation. This rotational capability allows users to align the valve according to the spatial constraints of the equipment layout, simplifying tubing connections and reducing strain on pneumatic lines.
