FAS Series-Speed Control Valve With Quick-Change Joint-Elbow Type (Sealed With Gasket)
Detailed description
The FAS Series speed control valve with quick-change joint features an elbow-type configuration that incorporates a 90° angle, making it particularly well suited for installations where space is constrained. This design allows piping to be routed efficiently in tight areas, helping to reduce the overall footprint of the pneumatic system.
For tube connections, the valve employs a one-touch quick-change fitting. Tubing is secured simply by insertion, with the connection locking automatically in place. When disassembly is required, the release mechanism allows for straightforward removal, facilitating maintenance or reconfiguration without the need for additional tools.
At the threaded end, a built-in sealing gasket provides face sealing against the mounting surface. This construction helps prevent leakage at the connection point and supports repeated assembly and disassembly without compromising sealing performance. The gasket is integrated into the design, eliminating the need for separate sealing materials during installation.
Flexibility in installation is further enhanced by a rotatable valve body. The structure allows the body to turn a full 360°, giving users the ability to adjust the orientation of the air tubing after mounting. This feature simplifies alignment with existing piping routes and accommodates variations in installation layouts.
Flow control is managed through a needle valve with a fine-tuning structure. The adjustment mechanism enables precise regulation, allowing users to set flow rates accurately and maintain stable performance during operation. To improve reliability, the needle valve incorporates an anti-dislodgement design, which helps prevent unintended separation even if the adjustment range is exceeded during use.
Additionally, the valve includes a push-lock function. Once the desired setting is achieved, the locking mechanism can be engaged with a simple pressing action, securing the adjustment and minimizing the risk of flow drift caused by vibration. This combination of features makes the FAS Series elbow-type speed control valve a practical choice for applications requiring compact layout, dependable sealing, and consistent flow regulation.
