Detailed description
The FAS-FS Series general type is designed for precise speed regulation in pneumatic cylinders, utilizing an exhaust throttling configuration to support smooth and controlled motion. This approach helps manage the release of air from the cylinder, contributing to stable operation during both extension and retraction cycles.
For enhanced adjustability, the valve is equipped with a handwheel that features clear graduations. This allows operators to set and replicate flow rates with a high degree of accuracy, making it easier to achieve consistent cylinder speeds across repeated operations. The graduated scale supports fine adjustments and helps reduce variability during setup or when changes to the application are required.
To ensure long-term reliability, the needle valve incorporates an anti-dislodgement structure. This feature prevents the adjusting mechanism from becoming detached even if it is turned beyond typical limits, reducing the risk of unintended component separation during routine use. Additionally, a push-lock function allows the handwheel to be secured in position with a simple pressing action. Once locked, the setting is held firmly, helping to prevent flow drift that may otherwise occur due to vibration in automated or continuously running equipment.
The valve body is designed to rotate 360 degrees, providing greater flexibility during installation.
