The FAR1000~5000 Series Regulator is engineered to deliver precise and stable pressure control across a wide range of pneumatic applications, with multiple configurations available to suit different system requirements. At the core of its design is a balanced pressure regulation structure that maintains a pressure deviation of ≤0.005MPa, providing consistent output even under fluctuating inlet conditions. For applications where maintaining a set pressure is critical, select models incorporate a pressure locking feature that helps prevent unintended adjustments after the desired value has been established.
The series is offered in mini, standard, and large-diameter versions, with port sizes ranging from 1/8 inch to 2 inches. This graded compatibility allows the regulator to be matched to small-scale equipment, conventional industrial systems, or high-flow applications, ensuring that users can select a model appropriately sized for their specific flow demands.
Pressure adjustment range is another area of flexibility, with two options available depending on the model: 0.05MPa to 1.0MPa, or 0.05MPa to 2.0MPa. This range accommodates a variety of operating pressures commonly encountered in pneumatic systems, allowing the unit to be applied across different equipment types without requiring multiple regulator variants.
Safety and reliability are supported through several design features. A built-in overflow structure automatically vents excess pressure, helping to protect downstream components from overpressure conditions. The housing is constructed from aluminum alloy with an anti-static coating, providing corrosion resistance suitable for industrial environments. Seals used throughout the regulator are selected for resistance to oil and aging, contributing to consistent performance over extended periods of operation.
Operation has been simplified to support ease of use. A knob-style adjustment mechanism paired with a pointer-type pressure gauge allows for straightforward pressure setting and real-time monitoring, enabling operators to make adjustments quickly and with clear visual feedback.
