FAF1000~5000 Series Air Filter

The FAF1000–5000 Series Air Filter is available in mini, standard, and large-diameter versions with port sizes from 1/8″ to 2″, suitable for small to high-flow pneumatic systems. It comes standard with a 5μm glass fiber element, and a 1μm precision variant is optionally available. Filtration efficiency reaches ≥99%, effectively removing solid contaminants and liquid water. The aluminum housing features an anti-static coating, while the polycarbonate bowl is equipped with an explosion-proof cover, offering corrosion and impact resistance for harsh environments. The transparent bowl enables visual inspection of impurities, and the filter cartridge can be quickly removed and replaced. Select models include a drainage indicator and automatic drainage functionality. Its modular design allows rapid combination with pressure regulators and lubricators to form two- or three-unit assemblies, providing strong installation flexibility.

The FAF1000~5000 Series Air Filter is designed to provide reliable contaminant removal across a broad spectrum of pneumatic applications, with graded compatibility that allows users to select the appropriate size for their system requirements. The series includes mini, standard, and large-diameter models, offering port sizes from 1/8 inch to 2 inches to accommodate small-scale equipment, conventional industrial systems, and higher-flow applications alike.

Filtration performance is centered around a 5μm glass fiber filter element as the standard configuration, which effectively captures solid particulates and removes liquid water from compressed air lines. For applications requiring finer contaminant control, a precision model with a 1μm filter element is available. Across both configurations, the filtration efficiency reaches ≥99%, contributing to cleaner air downstream and helping to protect sensitive pneumatic components from premature wear or malfunction.

Durability is addressed through the choice of materials and construction. The housing is made from aluminum alloy with an anti-static coating, providing resistance to corrosion and supporting long-term use in industrial environments. The polycarbonate bowl is fitted with an explosion-proof cover, which helps contain fragments in the event of accidental breakage while still allowing visual monitoring of accumulated impurities.
