The FAC1000~5000 Series Gas Treatment Combined Components are designed as a versatile and scalable solution for pneumatic systems, offering graded compatibility across a range of application scales. The series includes mini, standard, and large-diameter versions, each engineered to suit different flow requirements—from small-scale or micro-equipment up to heavy-duty industrial systems with higher air consumption. This range allows users to select configurations that align with the specific demands of their equipment without oversizing or under-specifying components.
Precision in processing is a key feature across the series. The pressure regulating valve maintains a pressure deviation of ≤0.005MPa, providing a level of stability suitable for precision pneumatics. For applications requiring enhanced air quality, the filter can be equipped with a 1μm micro-mist filter element, enabling finer contaminant removal to support more sensitive downstream components.
The series emphasizes compact integration through a modular splicing design that allows individual components to be combined freely into two- or three-unit assemblies. Note 1) FAC2000 has two optional automatic drainage structures,including conventional pulse automatic drainage device and optional lever automatic drainage device indicated by” D2” for ordering, FAC2500-FAC5000 has two automatic drainage structures,including conventional lever type, and optional floating ball type, please see the introduction of automatic drainage devices for more details.
