Gosod a Defnydd (Diben Cyffredinol)
·Pan fydd y llwyth yn newid yn ystod y llawdriniaeth, dylid dewis silindr gyda digon o rym allbwn.
·O dan amodau tymheredd uchel neu gyrydol, dylid dewis silindr sy'n gwrthsefyll tymheredd uchel neu sy'n gwrthsefyll cyrydiad cyfatebol.
·Mewn amgylcheddau â lleithder uchel, llawer o lwch, neu bresenoldeb diferion dŵr, llwch olew, a slag weldio, dylid cymryd mesurau amddiffynnol priodol ar gyfer y silindr.
Mewn amgylcheddau tymheredd isel, dylid cymryd mesurau gwrth-rewi i atal y dŵr yn y system rhag rhewi.
·Gan fod clawr blaen a piston y silindr yn gymharol fyr, ni ddylai'r strôc fod yn rhy fawr yn gyffredinol.
· Os caiff y silindr ei ddadosod a heb ei ddefnyddio am amser hir, dylid rhoi sylw i atal rhwd arwyneb, dylid ychwanegu capiau gwrth-lwch at y porthladdoedd cymeriant ac allfa, a dylid rhoi sylw arbennig: ni all y defnyddiwr ddadosod y gorchuddion blaen a chefn ar wahân.
·Cyn cysylltu'r silindr â'r biblinell, rhaid clirio'r baw y tu mewn i'r biblinell i atal gwrthrychau tramor rhag mynd i mewn i'r silindr.
·Dylid hidlo'r cyfrwng a ddefnyddir yn y silindr trwy elfen hidlo sydd â maint mandwll llai na 40um cyn ei ddefnyddio.
·Yn ystod gweithrediad y silindr, ni ddylai llwythi ochrol fod yn fwy na'r gwerth a ganiateir er mwyn cynnal oes waith arferol y silindr.
·Gosod a thynnu modrwy gadw siâp C: 1. Wrth ddadosod a chydosod, defnyddiwch y gefail priodol (offeryn gosod modrwy gadw siâp C) i sicrhau bod yr un ochr ar agor, er mwyn osgoi i'r modrwy gadw siâp C hedfan allan ac achosi niwed i'r corff dynol neu'r peiriannau cyfagos.
·Sicrhewch fod y cylch cadw siâp C wedi'i osod yn rhigol cylch y corff cyn y gellir ei awyru.
