Installasie en gebruik (algemene doel)
•Wanneer die las tydens werking verander, moet 'n silinder met voldoende uitsetkrag gekies word.
•Onder hoë temperatuur- of korrosiewe toestande, 'n ooreenstemmende hoëtemperatuurbestande of
'n Korrosiebestande silinder moet gekies word.
• In omgewings met hoë humiditeit, baie stof, of die teenwoordigheid van waterdruppels, oliestof en sweisslak, moet toepaslike beskermende maatreëls vir die silinder getref word.
•Voordat die silinder aan die pyplyn gekoppel word, moet die vuiligheid binne die pyplyn skoongemaak word om te verhoed dat vreemde voorwerpe die silinder binnedring.
•Die medium wat in die silinder gebruik word, moet voor gebruik deur 'n filterelement met 'n poriegrootte kleiner as 40µm gefiltreer word.
•In lae-temperatuur omgewings moet vrieswerende maatreëls getref word om te verhoed dat die water in die stelsel vries.
• Voordat die silinder gebruik word, moet dit sonder enige las loop. Voordat dit gebruik word, moet die buffer geminimaliseer en geleidelik ontspan word om te verhoed dat die silinder beskadig word as gevolg van oormatige impak.
•Vermy laterale belastings soveel as moontlik tydens die werking van die silinder om die normale werking van die silinder te handhaaf en die lewensduur daarvan te verleng.
• Indien die silinder uitmekaar gehaal word en nie vir 'n lang tyd gebruik word nie, moet aandag gegee word aan die voorkoming van oppervlakroes, stofdigte doppe moet by die inlaat- en uitlaatpoorte aangebring word, en spesiale aandag: die voorste en agterste deksels kan nie onafhanklik deur die gebruiker uitmekaar gehaal word nie.

• Voldoen aan die lS06432-standaard (Ф8 ~ Ф25).
•Die voor- en agterdeksels het 'n vaste anti-botsingsblokkie om die skakelimpak van die silinder te verminder;
• Verskeie agterste dekselvorms maak die silinderinstallasie geriefliker;
• Die voor- en agterdeksels is vasgenael en gerol met die vlekvrye staal silinderliggaam, die verbinding is betroubaar
• Die suierstang en silinderliggaam van vlekvrye staal maak dat die silinder aanpas by die algemene korrosiewe werksomgewing.
•’n Verskeidenheid silinderspesifikasies en silinderinstallasiebykomstighede is beskikbaar vir kliënte om van te kies.
