FACQ Series - With Guide Rod Type

·Implementing with JIS Standards, with double guide rod structure;
·The cylinder body and front cover are fixed with a C-shaped retaining ring , the back cover is riveted , and the piston and piston rod are riveted , compact and reliable;
·The inner diameter of the cylinder body is ground , wear-resistant and durable;
·The front cover guide distance is lengthened ,and the guiding performance is good;
·compact structure can effectively save installation space;
·The periphery of the cylinder body is equipped with sensor slots , making sensor installation convenient;
·Double guide rod anti - rotation structure , with good bending resistance and torsion resistance , can withstand larger motion load and lateral load.

Installation and Use

1. The TACQ series cylinder with double guide rods has an anti-rotation function.When using, make sure to control the non-rotation accuracy of the cylinder fixing plate within the allowable range.

2. Please strictly comply with the limit requirements of the rotation torque of the cylinder fixing plate. Use beyond the limit range will cause cylinder wear or shorten the service life.

3. Please strictly comply with the limit range of the transverse load on the cylinder fixing plate. Use beyond the limit range will cause damage to the cylinder or shorten the service life.

4. Please strictly comply with the limit range of load mass and maximum speed. Use beyond the limit range will cause excessive impact and damage to the cylinder or shorten the life.

5. Please note the following when installing:

5.1 Do not put your hand in the gap between the fixing plate and the cylinder body, otherwise it is very likely to cause harm to the human body when the piston rod retracts.

5.2 The external force acting on the fixing plate should be as concentric as possible with the piston rod to avoid generating extra torque and causing damage to the cylinder;

5.3 Installing the jig on the fixing plate must be conducted when the cylinder is in the retracted state, and do not apply the installation torque on the guide rod.

5.4 Avoid damaging the moving parts such as the piston rod and guide rod during installation and use, otherwise, it will cause damage to the sealing parts and cause air leakage and poor action.
