FACQ Series Ultra-Thin Cylinder
Installation and Use (General Purpose)
·When the load changes during operation, a cylinder with ample output force should be selected.
·Under high temperature or corrosive conditions, a corresponding high-temperature resistant or corrosion-resistant cylinder should be selected.
·In environments with high humidity, lots of dust, or presence of water droplets.oil dust, and welding slag, appropriate protective measures should be taken for the cylinder.
In low-temperature environments, anti-freezing measures should be taken to prevent the water in the system from freezing.
·Because the front cover and piston of the cylinder are relatively short, the stroke generally should not be too large.
·If the cylinder is disassembled and not used for a long time, attention should be paid to surface rust prevention, dust-proof caps should be added to the intake and exhaust ports, and special attention should be paid: the front and rear covers cannot be disassembled by the user independently.
·Before the cylinder is connected to the pipeline, the dirt inside the pipeline must be cleared to prevent foreign objects from entering the cylinder.
·The medium used in the cylinder should be filtered through a filter element with a pore size smaller than 40um before use.
·During the operation of the cylinder, lateral loads should not exceed the allowable value to maintain the normal working life of the cylinder.
·C-shaped retaining ring installation and removal: 1. When disassembling and assembling, use the appropriate pliers (C-shaped retaining ring installation tool)to ensure the same side is open, to avoid the C-shaped retaining ring flying out and causing damage to the human body or surrounding machines.
·Ensure that the C-shaped retaining ring is installed in the body ring groove before it can be ventilated.
